About the Item
This rare Iconic John Anthony 2-piece gold-lame blouse and matching jacket takes one back to the Halston-Warhol-Studio 54 days! The long sleeve wrap blouse has a hidden tie inside the blouse. And on the back of the neck is slight gathering. There's also a small hidden hook on the collar, so that when the blouse is tied, it hangs just perfectly. The sleeves are set in , whereas on the open matching jacket, the sleeves are domain styled, yet elegantly fitted. The gold lame is ever so thin like paper and drapes so beautifully. Outfits like this was seen so much during the disco era on the dance floor, so finding a set like is is ever so rare. The jacket lies flat over the blouse and has a rather flowing effect when taking to the dance floor, so 'Tres Chic'!
