About the Item
A vision in gold! This original 1960's vintage cocktail suit, rendered in a lustrous gold satin and embellished with a gold glass floral beadwork, is just the perfect addition to your seasonal wardrobe.
The rounded neckline of the blouse, is framed by wide shoulder straps and a sleeveless cut. The box cut of the blouse , is accented by gold coloured glass floral beadwork, which sets off the lustrous gold satin base.
The matching skirt, boasts a simple fitted waistband, which draws in along the side seam with a zip and hook and eye fastening. The tailored darts which run from below the waistband, set off the elegant silhouette, whilst allowing for the blouse to sit perfectly above the top part of the skirt. Finished with a wide matching gold glass beaded hemline, completing this set in a truly iconic 1960's design.
