About the Item

Excellent Montblanc writing set in 925 silver, consisting of a model 1266 fountain pen and a model 1666 mechanical pencil. Each writing tool has been assembled by hand, incorporating Montblanc's experience and reputation to offer superior craftsmanship. The pen is engraved with the initials “E. of Escauriaza”. As an ornament, each tool features a subtle and elegant vertical fluted design across the entire surface. At the top they display the well-known Montblanc brand icon. Both have a clip to allow them to be easily held. A Montblanc pen is not just a pen in the hands of a true fan. It is a premium instrument that offers an unrivaled writing experience, a luxury item crafted to perfection, and a status symbol that every pen collector desires to have. About Montblanc The company was founded in 1906, when August Eberstein, a designer, and Alfred Nehemias, a banker, created their first line of fountain pens. Although at first they produced simple fountain pens, little by little they began to move towards the production of luxury pens, and thus the "Rouge et Noir" was born in 1908, Montblanc's first luxury fountain pen. From then on, Montblanc continued to expand its fountain pen series. In 1924, they launched the well-known Meisterstück, which today is the most famous fountain pen of all time. With this, Montblanc established itself as a manufacturer and distributor of luxury items, such as writing instruments, watches, bags, leather goods, jewelry, fragrances and other accessories.
