About the Item

Of high French quality workmanship, this very smart and classic evening bag is all hand beaded, and has a very unusual and stylised opening/closure, of clear pastes set in gilded metal. The micro beading is applied in an 'arabesque' pattern in the centre panel of the bag, both front and back, and with borders of regular beading on the side panels. With an oyster silk lining, the bag comes with a small additional change purse. Understated but very elegant, this would lend the wearer a touch of true Parisian style......
