About the Item

This unique 1970s vintage shoulder bag is a striking example of Art Deco revival style. It features a sleek, structured body made from what appears to be black bakelite or a similar resin material, giving it a glossy, jet-black finish. The most distinctive feature of this bag is the elegant gilded brass frame and chain strap. The hardware has a rich, golden tone that beautifully contrasts with the black body. The clasp is a sculptural, modern design, adding a touch of bold, architectural flair that is characteristic of the Art Deco influence. The interior is lined with a black fabric, keeping the design clean and functional. This piece is a testament to the sophisticated craftsmanship and innovative design of Italian accessories from the 1970s. It's a versatile bag that can be carried by its chain strap or as a clutch, making it a perfect statement piece for an evening out, a special event, or for anyone who appreciates the timeless elegance of vintage design.
