Charming Raffia Tulips Handbag from the 1960's. Ivory cellophane raffia is crochet to form the body of the open top bag. A fringe of handmade pastel raffia tulips decorates the upper edge. Handle adds 5" to height. Lined in faille with a self closing pocket inside. 1960's Japan. Excellent condition.
