Eye-catching "Don't be like the rest of them, Darling!" up-cycled hand-painted 1960s vintage handbag by Lilli Grill.
Talented Munich-based illustrator Ursula Baur alias Lilli Grill is the first artist I am happy to work together on this project. This handbag is number one of four one-of-a-kind handbags embellished by her. Love her imaginative and expressive fashion-savvy illustration art!

Lilli Grill designed the playful illustrations according to the shape, style and colour of this unique 1960s brick-red faux leather handbag and painted them by hand with acrylic paint onto both outsides.
The “fly with me“ named wearable artwork features a stylized woman's face with yellow eye shadow, long lashes and a coral pink lipstick on one side, and two fashionabel beauties with yellow earrings chatting on the other side.
Rigid frame design. Double top handle. Three compartments including two open flat side pockets and an interior white and black patterned faux leather lined compartment with a slit pocket. Gold tone metal push lock closure in the form of a bow. Signed by the artist on both sides inside the open flat side pockets.
