This rare and beautifully preserved mirror from the early 1900s is truly a two-in-one antique.
First, the finely cast gilt bronze frame, executed in the elegant Louis XVI style, is a work of art in its own right. The level of craftsmanship, the depth of the ornamentation and the balanced proportions are a clear reflection of the skill and patience that defined this period.
Secondly, the original beveled mirror glass adds both beauty and function. The faceted edges subtly catch the light, creating a sense of space and brightness that enhances any room.
