This elegant Antique Caucasian Perepedil Rug is a finely woven and historically rich textile from the Eastern Caucasus, dating to circa 1870. Measuring 140 x 199 cm (approx. 4'7" x 6'6"), its versatile size and dense, sophisticated design make it a captivating art piece for any refined interior. The central field features a deep indigo/midnight blue ground, which is almost entirely covered by a captivating all-over pattern of highly stylized eight-pointed stars and floral rosettes.
