Island Elegance

Hidden amid the lush tropical foliage of Puerto Rico’s San Patricio neighborhood, this grand estate encapsulates a family’s history and elegant style. The owners had renovated the structure in the 1970’s when they first acquired the property. The time had come for a renovation project that would restore and rejuvenate the interior and exterior while at the same time making the property easier to maintain. Solis Betancourt and Sherrill s goal was to update the property while respecting the existing style that had become emblematic of the family’s history and sense of tradition.
