Surrey Hills Apartment

Apartment One at Kingsdown is an 1,800 sq/ft, two-bedroom, two-ensuite home designed to feel collected rather than created a quiet exercise in warmth, texture, and restraint.

Although the building is a new construction completed in 2024, our intention was to bring in the character of a period property, that sense of permanence, comfort, and softness you rarely find in something newly built. It sits within a wider nine-residence development by Nomad Developments, but this apartment was treated as its own story.

The palette is intentionally calm: layered neutrals that shift with the light, acting as a backdrop for materiality to take centre stage. Natural timber, linen textures, and stone finishes create depth without clutter, tactile choices that make the home feel grounded and lived-in from day one.

This is a home that feels settled. Warm underfoot. Soft around the edges. Considered in every detail but effortlessly so.
