The essence of Norway is apparent in the main dining, in homage to the cooking philosophy of Chef Esben Holmboe-Bang. Tearoom by EHB celebrates the project’s Chinese and natural underpinnings, whilst also using native Nordic design forms, materials and colors, to honor the esteemed Chef s distinctive dining experience.
