A beautifully crafted late 19th to early 20th century Chinese cloisonné enamel box, featuring a vibrant turquoise ground adorned with intricate multicolor enamel motifs and mythical beasts in rich gilt detail. The box exhibits the distinctive craftsmanship of the late Qing to early Republic period, with a graceful, double-lobed form that rests on small gilt bronze feet. Measuring approximately 9 inches long, 4½ inches wide, and 3¼ inches tall, this decorative piece is in very good condition, showing no major damages or losses. The enamel surface is well-preserved with vivid color retention, fine wirework, and a smooth glaze typical of quality cloisonné from this era. This fine antique cloisonné box would make an outstanding addition to any collection of Chinese decorative arts, Qing dynasty enamels, or Asian export antiques.
