Description: Imperial Grandeur: A Piece of Chinese Cultural History
We are delighted to offer this magnificent and exceptionally rare model of a tiered Chinese Imperial Dragon Boat or Pleasure Barge carved from bone. This piece has superb provenance, having been acquired in the 1960s in Beijing by the South Korean Ambassador to Spain and has remained in private hands since. Just look at the intricacy and details to the carving, an amazing feat of craftsmanship and technical ability. So detailed and intricate.

• Intricate Construction: The multi-story superstructure features intricate architectural detailing, including fine lattice work, pagoda roofs, and balconies.
