About the Item

A sliding door cabinet with a neat appearance, assembled from cypress wood. The old glass and bare wood give it a beautiful tranquility. The top is luxuriously made of a single piece of shurizakura cherry wood. The chamfered edges and the smooth flow of the wood grain give it a dignified elegance. The footrests are fitted with a border called a "hakama," which tightens the visible edge while giving it height, making it easier to naturally grab the sliding door handle. It is also a functional detail that prevents accidentally kicking the glass with your leg. The structure, including the tenon joints, is solid, and the overall structure is simple and beautifully balanced. The size is also recommended for shop fixtures, cupboards, bookshelves, etc. It gives a gentle presence to any space, whether Japanese or Western.
