About the Item

Description A very nicely decorated Japanese Porcelain dish in Chinese Kangxi style. Marked at base. There is an underglaze blue bird mark at the base, the marks on these kinds of dishes are always close to the base rim and not centred. The central scene is of a garden scene, an elegant lady and a child underneath a pine tree. We also owned the Chinese version of this piece. Condition 1 hairline and some chips.
