This glazed Chinese ceramic jar from the turn of the 19th century was once used for pickling foods. It features a jade green finish and outer surface that features a ribbed texture. This pot has a bent and indented shape which adds to its charm. Despite this bent and indented shape the pot still stands upright. A great example of Chinese pottery, with its imperfections and ageing over the years contributing to its appeal.
