About the Item
This Antique Chinese porcelain jar exemplifies fine craftsmanship and artistic elegance. The piece is adorned with vibrant enamel-painted motifs of "Precious Objects" (Bao Xiang), which hold deep cultural and symbolic significance in Chinese art. These treasures, often including scrolls, vases, and incense burners, are beautifully rendered in intricate detail, symbolizing prosperity, knowledge, and harmony.
The jar features a richly glazed surface, highlighting a palette of bold colors, including blues, greens, reds, and yellows, applied with exceptional precision. The motifs are framed by decorative borders with traditional patterns, adding a harmonious balance to the overall design. Accented with a carved rosewood foliate motif top. Kangxi type round mark to bottom.
Minor wear to surface as photographed.
