18th or 19th century Qing Dynasty
Plate in painted with a fantastic scene of Carp and Dragon. This plate is a mix of many things. Elements of Bleu de Hue, Chinese features and Japanese features. Extremely high quality painting. Chenghua marked but Qing Dynasty. Our best estimate is Daoguang period Chinese.
