A beautiful Chinese 'Nanjing' porcelain baluster vase, intricately decorated with an all-around battle scene of warriors. Dating from the early 20th century up to mid-century, this vase features a fantastical relief design of foo dogs and other traditional Chinese characters on their upper half, serving as side handles and decoration around the upper belly. The colors in the design remain extremely vibrant for their age. The vase is signed on the base.
