This exquisite lidded vessel is a fine example of East Asian blue-and-white porcelain, distinguished by its delicate hand-painted motifs and sculptural lid. The body is adorned with a landscape scene rendered in underglaze cobalt blue, featuring mountains, trees, and traditional architecture—a visual homage to the harmony between nature and human habitation.
The vessel stands on three small feet, elevating it slightly and adding a sense of refinement and balance. Geometric borders frame the landscape, providing contrast and structure to the organic imagery.
