About the Item

This Porcelain Cat teapot is well made in China in about 1930s, Chinese republic era. It purpose to make hot tea. This raised paw cat teapot is typically in Late Qing dynasty or early Republic era. The cat head is removable as the teapot lid. It is hand made and hand painted with the marks on the bottom. Overall this teapot is in fair antique condition with some miner cracks and damages on the opening and cat ear. Please see the pictures attached. Size: 6.5n H x 7in W x 4in D Origin: China Circa: 1930s Material: Porcelain Condition: Original finished, hand made, hand painted, normal age wear.
