About the Item
A fine old or antique Japanese Imari porcelain tray.
With red, blue and green painted decoration and gilt accents throughout.
The bowl has three panels depicting a pair of mandarin ducks and foliage with blue and red floral cartouches between the ducks. The rim of the bowl is decorated with a red wave pattern with green and grey accents.
The underside of the bowl decorated with blue and red floral sprigs and blue accents.
Simply a wonderful piece of Japanese Imari porcelain!
