About the Item
A beautiful celadon-glazed ceramic vase, Art Deco, Neoclassical, Shabby Chic, with a superb curved body and a tapered neck, adorned with four magnificent and subtle decorations around the belly (two original firing defects are noteworthy), and stylized faces around the rim of the neck, the whole distinguished by great delicacy, China, 1950-1960.
This vase was converted into a lamp and still contains a metal element inside, which cannot be removed but is completely invisible. It is neither signed nor stamped. It has two firing defects (visible here in the photo) on the body, and some browned areas around the neck, all of which are original.
