About the Item

This unique writing desk has a multitude of drawers in the front and both sides and back are nicely finished. This writing desk was made at about 1860's from solid beech wood with a natural finished. It is very heavy and sturdy. There is a lattice foot rest at bottom made of equally fine polished beech wood. You can easily see from the picture that some of the age wear but it shows you the beautiful patina. You may use it as Office writing desk or a lady's vanity at your room. This stunning antique piece reflect the furniture art of Qing Dynasty. Don't miss it.
