About the Item

A LARGE ANTIQUE CHINESE ARCHAIC BRONZE CENSER BOWL 19th C. This is an old cast bronze piece with a naturally aged patina, decorated with ancient motifs often appeared on the bronze vessels from the Shang and Zhou Dynasties (16th Century BC-221 BC), archaistic and elegant style, dragon head handles , a typical object on scholar's desk or altar table for decoration or incense. There are small areas of malachite growth (see close up photos). In good condition commensurate with age . Please see all pictures for a clear visual description. Size: H-22 cm, diameter to the bottom 18 cm Weight: 3.250 kg
