A charming, small Chinese export silver dessert fork marked KH and Bai Xi, early 20th century, China.
The small dessert fork with three tines. The handle crafted with a bamboo pattern terminating in a round medallion with a "Fu" character, meaning fortune.
The back marked "KH" and with the Chinese characters "Bai Xi". The "KH" stamp is known, though not fully identified. It is thought to be the mark of a company from Shanghai.
