I have a small selection of these listed under my other items, there are some singles, doubles medium, large and extra large
This is a very good looking and highly decorative piece, this is much larger than normal and a lot older than my other examples, they are mostly 1920's but this is Victorian example, its painted on the period paper and is very well patinated. The frame is thick and very heavy, this is the largest frame I have ever seen on one of these portraits, it looks to have been made for a museum exhibition
Condition wise, the frame is old and has various scratches around the edges, they have all been touched up, the actual portrait is very old and has perishing around the base and sides which believe it or not is desirable and is proves the age
