This is an 20th century 1 in 1000 made version of the famous craft of "Karugi Naruto" drawn by Mr. Musashi Miyamoto. It is a work that expresses life and death, where the mozu is alive, the dead tree is dead, and the insects climbing the dead tree are targeted by the claw and change from life to death. "Miyamoto Musashi" A swordsman and martial artist in the early Edo period. The founder of the Niten Ichiryu method using two swords. In addition, ink paintings and crafts designated as important cultural properties are left. The family name is Fujiwara, the family name is Miyamoto, or Shin-un, the common name is Musashi, and Saya is Genshin. The childhood name is Susuke, the issue is Niten, and Niten Doraku. Miyamoto Musashi (?? ??, c. 1584 – June 13, 1645), also known as Shinmen Takezo, Miyamoto Bennosuke or, by his Buddhist name, Niten Doraku,[1] was a Japanese swordsman, philosopher, strategist, writer and ronin. Musashi, as he was often simply known, became renowned through stories of his unique double-bladed swordsmanship and undefeated record in his 61 duels (next is 33 by Ito Ittosai). He is considered a Kensei, a sword-saint of Japan.[2] He was the founder of the Niten Ichi-ryu school or Nito Ichi-ryu style of swordsmanship, and in his final years authored The Book of Five Rings (????, Go Rin No Sho), and Dokkodo (The Path of Aloneness). Both documents were given to Terao Magonojo, the most important of Musashi's students, seven days before Musashi's death. The Book of Five Rings deals primarily with the character of his Niten Ichi-ryu school in a concrete sense e.g. his own practical martial art and its generic significance; The Path of Aloneness on the other hand, deals with the ideas that lie behind it, as well as his life's philosophy in a few short aphoristic sentences. The Musashi Budokan training center - in a remarkable architecture - located in Mimasaka, Okayama prefecture, Japan was erected to honor his name and legend.

The image of the standing Chinese figure with elongated earlobes (a symbol of enlightenment), hair tied back in a kerchief and long beard, holds a large fan in his left hand to his right shoulder. The long robes are windswept with water curls about the figures feet. The painting with 3 vermillion seals of the artist in the lower left corner.
