About the Item

This pair of Chinese portraits depicting young women their dogs were painted using a reverse glass painting technique. Painting in reverse on the opposite side of a piece of glass meant the painter had to work in reverse. Unique to this pair of glass paintings is the fact that sections of the background have a mirror finish. They are framed and ready to be wall mounted. Dimensions: height 44cm x width 34cm x depth 2cm.
