About the Item

A beautiful Tibetan thangka depicting the Worldly Protector, a powerful guardian deity. Riding a decorated horse, holding a lancer in his right hand and a flame-tipped kalash in his left, while a sword rests at his side. Clad in ornate military attire, his intense face—with large, bulging eyes beneath strong, focused brows and long hair under a crested helmet—radiates vigilance and divine authority. Set within a celestial realm surrounded by deities and revered teachers, the composition is rendered in splendid, saturated colors with exceptional detail. The Worldly Protector symbolizes the warding off of evil and the bestowal of wisdom, strength, and protection upon devotees. A rare and extremely fine print on canvas, in perfect condition.
