About the Item

Two etchings of traditional Chinese costumes decorated w/ Chinese calligraphy by world renowned artist Vorakorn Metmanorom ( Thailand, b. 1968 ) At the 1995 National Exhibition of Art, which is the oldest national competition stage in Thailand - he received the 1st prize Gold Medal Award in prints for his work titled Ploughing Ceremony #3. Etchings are artist pencil signed and numbered lower left at interior mat - edition 201/300 and edition 209/300. They are set in quality minimalist wood frames, fine quality paper with mats / under glass / smooth masonite backboards. These were initially sold by Tozai Home in Mt. Vernon NY by way of Thailand during the 1990's - both w/ labels and gallery inventory numbers on reverse. Framed measurements 33" h x 23" w x 1/2" d. Image size measures 19 1/2" h x 11 1/2" w.
