Bufalo D’Acqua Scultura Orientale In Legno Con Corna 1800, antica e affascinante figura animalier di Bubalus bubalis domestico di bufalo d’acqua, un’importante figura simbolica e funzionale nell’agricoltura del sud-est asiatico. Realizzata in legno massiccio, questa opera di arte popolare asiatica del XIX secolo si distingue per le sue dimensioni imponenti, alta 63.5 x 60 x 85 cm, poggia su gambe a innesto e si presenta con una patina superba, la mancanza della coda, segni di usura compatibili con la datazione della fine 1800, tutti elementi che attestano la sua antichità ed autenticità.
L’opera raffigura un bufalo in legno intagliato, in posizione eretta, è stata restaurata provvedendo ad una minima integrazione sulle corna ed al loro fissaggio unitamente a quello delle gambe e delle orecchie. Un campanello in bronzo al collo, simbolo della sua importanza nell’ambiente rurale. La scultura animalier poggia su lunghe gambe, è adatta sia a essere posizionata su un tavolo che direttamente a terra, aggiungendo un tocco di fascino decorativo di arte popolare asiatica, rappresenta un pezzo unico per appassionati di arte etnica e oggetti di cultura tradizionale orientale. Proviene da una collezione privata lombarda e si presenta in buone condizioni, compatibilmente all'età.
Per l'esportazione dall'Italia di un oggetto d'arte che risale a più di 50 anni di età, va richiesta una licenza governativa di esportazione la cosiddetta BELLE ARTI. il rilascio di tale licenza richiede 2/3 settimane circa, da aggiungere ai tempi di evasione dell'ordine.

Hand Carved Wood Figural Bull Statue

This skillfully executed hand carved figural bull is fully dimensional and has a rich brown color. The bull is depicted in a standing position atop a shaped wooden plinth. The muscular animal has been finished with realistic detail with particular attention given to the bull's facial features and folds of skin. The plinth itself is slightly domed at the center and bears carved elements which include a large rock and stylized plants.
The bull measures 8" tall and the base is 10.75" x 4.125". It weighs 1lb 15oz. The carved bull is in very good vintage condition with no cracks or signs of wear.
