A China republic seated Buddha in porcelain.
This is a beautiful antique devotive figure of a seated happy Buddha created in the China Republic back in the early 20th-century, circa 1920. The sculpture has been masterfully crafted with exceptional details in polychromate glazed porcelain and stamped with the Zeng Long Sheng Mark.
Country: China.
Period: Early Republic, 1920.
Weight: 3 Pounds (1.60 Kg).
Measurements: 209.6 mm by 187.4 mm by 143.5 mm (8.25 x 7.38 x 5.65 Inches).
Hallmarks: Stamped in the underneath with the Zeng Long Sheng mark.
Condition: The overall condition of this Buddha sculpture in porcelain is excellent. Besides the little normal wear, there is no damage and no restoration. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
