This an exquisite and spectacular piece. One of our favorites. Quite rare. We have not seen anything quite like it.
Likely worn at one time by a bride in a Chinese wedding ceremony then displayed afterwards on carved wooden bust (which has since been attached to an acrylic base). The headdress displays two dragons curled around the cheekbones and a dragon insignia crafted just above the forehead. Stunning workmanship.
This piece would be the crown jewel in any collection and sure to draw attention in any setting.
