Japan antique handmade, hand carved temple low writing table finished in red and black lacquer - signed. A beautiful simple master work from an old private Japanese collection. Crafted in a convenient size. Written under it's top: "nigatsudo. temple small writing table" Photographs taken out of doors for visual accuracy. Measurements: 10.75 inches high and 36 inches wide and 17.75 inches deep Would make an attractive addition to a meditation area, private shrine, or as a handsome stand for a special Buddhist work of art for example.
