About the Item

Large soapstone puffin bird sculpture, simplistic in design, wings tucked in, standing with legs together and the head slightly cocked to one side. The soapstone puffin measures 9"-inches high x 4"-inches wide x 8"-inches deep. The bottom has a toothpick to even out the bottom, just the way the carver finished it. The soapstone is marked with disc. number E 5516, and signed Peter, please see bottom pic.
