1950’s Handmade Maroon
Yellow Rose Patterned Folk Hungarian Wool Bedspread.
We have been collecting these for some time, they are hard to find and very beautiful. We have a number of blankets often of similar designs, all woven by hand in simple traditional patterns. Made in wool they are a decent weight and feature rich colours and traditional patterns. The selvedge edges are finished by hand. The listing is for one blanket as listed and photographed. Every blanket is unique although in a few exceptional cases we have managed to collect more than one of a design and hence a small quantity might be available.
Workshop Report:
Delicate handwoven textile product do not machine wash, we recommend very gentle hand washing or check with a drycleaner.
