Rare Vintage Cartier Panther Diamond Brooch Bracelet Jewelry Silk Scarf Pillow

About the Item

Stunning large custom made one-of-a-kind luxury cushion (pillow) created from an exquisite rare vintage pure silk Cartier fashion scarf in a striking bold design. It features their signature iconic Panther perched on top of a precious spherical stone in a very regal pose. The exotic golden animal is bejewelled with what appears to be pave-set diamonds and emeralds, like an item of jewelry, most likely a brooch. It’s a variation of the famous ‘haute joaillerie’ piece originally created for Duchess of Windsor Wallace Simpson. Considered one of jeweler Jean Toussaint's greatest triumphs for the Parisian brand, an Empire which originated in 1847 with Louis-François Cartier, and one of his most whimsical, timeless and symbolic creations recognised all around the world. Note the subtle foulard style patterns featuring elaborate bows, ornate chandelier motifs and the brand’s signature double ‘C’ logo woven repeatedly within the fabric, especially visible when caught by the light. This extraordinary ground of turquoise blue is not often come by. The mouth watering peppermint blue is accented by the sparkling jade green and dazzling gold. With a beautiful sumptuous soft feel to touch, this luxury scarf is in perfect condition. Backed in new 100% pure Irish linen, the aristocrat of textiles and certified by the Irish Linen Guild, lined in a layer of natural bamboo wadding, filled with new plush duck feather insert and a concealed zip. The traditional oatmeal color linen is a combination of the unbleached raw color of the natural flax plant on the weft intertwined with pristine white on the warp, resulting in a beautiful mottled effect. This bold and breathtaking pillow is without a doubt the ultimate statement piece for an interior. Elegant and glam it conjures up sophistication and seductive luxury with an essence of feline style.
