About the Item
Vintage embroidery of the iconic architectural marvel - TAJ MAHAL (Agra - India) - completely hand-worked with gilt and multi-colored satin threads - velvet background - circa 1970's. Vintage faux bamboo shadow-box gilt frame - with glass and vintage gold beveled matte board - vintage framer's label attached to the back.
Excellent vintage condition - textile not viewed outside the frame - some tarnishing of the gold and silver threads - bright strong colors - no sun damage. The frame is also in excellent condition - minor scuffs to the finish - ready to hang.
Textile Size - 10" Wide x 7 3/8" High (Viewable).
