A pair of handsome modern Art Deco period andirons from France circa 1930. Each piece is made of heavy cast iron and defined by the powerful line of patinated brass seen on each andiron. The strong vertical shaft stands atop a curved lower support in the streamlined profile exemplified by the French Art Deco period.
