About the Item

Interesting weathered wood clock face with painted hands. The back story is a local (Upstate NY) church was being built around the mid-19th century, when it came time to install the clock, the budget was gone, so this "clock" was fashioned to replace the working clock originally planed for the space. Great graphic architectural element, with quirky history. Some of the edge moulding is gone, as shown.
