About the Item
Reclaimed large roof turbine ventilator made of an all-copper exterior with minimal steel framing on the interior. It features a series of curved blades enclosed within a cagelike structure, all mounted on a cylindrical base. It's designed to expel hot and stale air from inside a barn or building through the roof, while also increasing the supply of fresh air back inside. These vents are often installed on the roof peak to help with air circulation. This could also be used as an antique architectural element to add interest to your space. Good condition with a weathered surface from exposure to the elements and a missing cap. This weighs an estimated 300 lb. Please note, this item is located in our Scranton, PA location.
