About the Item
Decorative pair of French Four-Tier Iron Plant Towers. Each tower is crafted of wrought iron with a black painted finish. They are designed in a tall, narrow cylindrical form and crowned with a fleur-de-lis finial, a quintessential French decorative motif symbolizing plants and heritage. The tiered circular shelves are ideal for displaying potted plants, garden urns, or decorative objects, with open wirework allowing for drainage and air circulation.
These plant towers were popular in France as they were both functional and highly ornamental. Their vertical form is reminiscent of trelliswork and topiary frames used in French gardens.
In today's homes they will be perfect in a sunroom or kitchen as vertical plant stands for herbs, ferns, or trailing vines. Towers are also ideal for outdoor use on patios or in gardens for seasonal flowers or climbing plants.
