About the Item
A French larger-sized forged iron final in granite base from the 19th century. This antique finial from France is comprised of hand-forged iron with four outward arms with scrolled ends, and tall center post, presented on a granite base. Note that the finial can lift out of the base. There is an old painted finish on the iron finial, and a wonderful old patina throughout. This piece would be a wonderful decorative object both indoors or out. This 19th century French iron finial on granite base is nicely-sized, having a height of just over 3 feet.
