About the Item
Ancient door to a knock with rich frame and carved overdoor, the door itself is richly carved and adorned with black lacquer in patina and very old and original leaf gilding, entirely hand-built and sculpted in the 18th century, it comes from the palace / castle of nobles in Italy.
Sculpted with baroque movement but not lacquered, on the back,
maximum size H cm 292 x W 155 cm, door only measures H cm 215 x W 125.
A small part of the top hat and some carpentry tweaks here and there, but it is a door of high antiques, very charming and of character, powerful and imposing, will leave all guests speechless.
