About the Item

An enchanting tall arched oak door replicating something out of an ancient castle or English church. Beautifully weathered by the ages and displaying ornate iron hinge embellishments to the front, this door dates from the late 19th century and features vertical plank construction to the front with a tall, narrow structure. Incorporating both Victorian and gothic styles, this old arched oak door makes a character feature for a period country cottage or barn conversion. Alternatively, it could be used outdoors, located among trees and shrubbery as the entrance to secret garden.
