Entrance door of a city Moughal XVI-XVII century North of India Deeply carved Teak wood with floral desigs With iron rings and sticks to avoid the elephant hits . Maharashtra, North of India. Door 8.40 x 4.70 mts. Interior door clear 3.90 x 2.48 mts. This amazing door was the entrance in a walled city on the northern part of eastern part of the subcontinent of Indian The Mughal period ruled by supreme monarchs from the Timurid dynasty from the inception by Babur on 21 April 1526 to the dissolution on 1858 The deap floral carving of the frame is realy majestic as the thik doors holded by metal rings and deep mails The upper part as a second floor shows an arcade theat will be as a balcony. On the right door gas a snall door made in such way that the incommer could be easily controlled It is an unique master piece from outstanding mesurements and quality
