Introduce a touch of timeless character to your home with this pair of antique salvaged French doors, showcasing an 8-lite over-panel construction. Retaining their original cremone bolt hardware, these doors are a beautiful nod to classic French design. The original white paint has been meticulously hand-scraped, revealing a crackled finish that exposes the natural wood beneath, adding texture and depth to their aesthetic. Ideal for separating spaces like an office or a master suite, these doors blend old-world craftsmanship with modern functionality, creating a balanced harmony of past and present. Their storied history and enduring charm offer more than functionality—they add a narrative and unique personality to your home, effortlessly marrying the old with the new. Salvaged in France, 19th century. The doors have been hand-scraped to reveal the natural wood tone, with the original alabaster paint remaining, giving them an authentic, timeworn appearance. Solid and sturdy, the doors are crafted using pegged construction. Thirteen of the original sixteen glass panes are present (as found). Five half-barrel hinges, original cremone bolt hardware, and lock are present. Minor wood separation with overall wear consistent with age and use, no structural damage. Approximately 55.75” W x 90.5” H x 1.25” D (when doors are closed together).
