About the Item

Once used as a cellar door, this beautiful reclaimed 19th-century 2-panel French door would make a lovely pantry or linen door. The original “French blue” paint, grooved trim, and raised panels add a layer of unrivaled character that can’t be replicated with modern mass-produced doors. Salvaged in France. Door is crafted from solid oak and is heavy. Both sides feature a beautiful, time-worn “French blue” paint. The original metal lock box hardware and three half steeple tip hinges are present. Minor wood separation present, with overall condition consistent with age and use. Approximately 33.25” W x 67.75” H x 1” D.
